How to submit a password securely to Support

1. Login to your Customer Portal
2. From the left-hand menu, select Support Cases.
3. Click on Create new at the top-right corner of the page.
4. For the department, select Tech Support [Global].
5. Enter a clear subject describing your request.
6. In the message body, enter your request details and context.
7. Under Choose service here, select the related service this password is for.
8. In the Encrypted area, enter the password needed for the related project.
9. Check or enable the option labeled This message contains sensitive data, encrypt its contents.
10. Click Submit.
